Anyone who's an expert with glitch please chime in and show me a better way to use this.
When I try to pull them up in the channel rack, or in the effects tab in the mixer, it does not show up. When I go to manage plugins and scan for the new plugins, it shows them in the list on the right that FL sees them in the folder. Then I export and it'll sound messed up again.
